In addition to compassionate care, we take great pride in eliminating the long delays that may make it difficult if not impossible for you to access the abortion services you need.
In most cases, your appointment will be scheduled 24 to 48 hours after you contact us and same-day in-clinic medication and surgical abortions are often available based on the discretion of our doctors and the availability of clinic staff and treatment rooms. You will typically spend one to three hours in the clinic.
Mail orders are shipped the day they are processed and delivered in one to three days.

Am I eligible to receive abortion care at Northeast Ohio/Toledo Women's Centers?
If you do not have the required permission, you can ask a juvenile court to issue a judicial bypass that will enable you to have an abortion. It is important for you to contact NEO/TWC BEFORE you seek a judicial bypass. Our staff will explain the process and discuss what you must do to obtain a bypass.
You must be 18 years of age or older.
If you are under the age of 18 you need the permission of a parent, step-parent, grandparent, or sibling age 21 or older to have an abortion.

Medication abortion by mail
5 weeks to 11 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy
We mail FDA approved abortion pills to eligible patients who live in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and New York. To serve eligible patients who live in Kentucky, West Virginia, and Indiana we will deliver pills to Fed Ex and UPS shipping centers located near Ohio’s borders with those states. Pills are shipped the same day your order is processed.
Medication abortion at one of our three clinics
5 weeks to 11 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy
We dispense FDA-approved abortion pills at our three clinics by appointment. Same-day or two day medication abortions are available. Same-day medication abortions are performed at the discretion of our doctors and the availability of clinic staff and treatment rooms.

Surgical abortions performed by our highly trained and experienced physicians are a proven safe and effective way to end a pregnancy.
